Client Referral Script:

Hi, this is, AGENT NAME. I sent you a letter recently at the request of CLIENT NAME. Did you receive it?

Yes I did.

Terrific! CLIENT NAME said that you PERSONALIZED CONVERSATION TOPIC HERE…

Now, let me explained why I called. As my letter suggests, I’d like to visit with you so that we can get more acquainter and introduce you to the type of work that I do. CLIENT NAME was very impressed with what we accomplished and HE/SHE thought of you as one of the people that should hear what I had to say.

I’d like to schedule time to get together next week. Would TIME on DAY be convenient or is TIME on DAY better?

I’m writing it on my calendar. Is it on yours, too? My name is spelled SPELL NAME.

By the way, PROSPECT NAME, in order to make our meeting more constructive, I’d like to mail you a Questionnaire for you to complete and bring with you to our meeting on MEETING DAY. Is sending it to the house okay?

Well, let me explain why I called. I work with alot of PROFESSIONALS / DOCTORS / BUSINESS OWNERS like you and they all find PRODUCT/SERVICE FEATURES fascinating and incredibly beneficial. That being said, I’d like to get together to share some of the concepts of my work and see what you think.
